Using the volume buttons, press the VOLUME UP button until you can hear the audio from your call or the multimedia playback.
End the call, change your location, and call the person again. Check the speaker to determine if it is a network problem or an audio problem. If the problem persists, from any location, with the earpiece and the speaker, please contact your Authorized Service Center or visit logicmobility.com, and look under the support section for additional information.
