During a call or while playing multimedia content there is no sound coming from the speaker or earpiece.

Using the volume buttons, press the VOLUME UP button until you can hear the audio from your call or the multimedia playback.

During a call, I hear a metallic/intermittent voice from the person I am talking with.

End the call, change your location, and call the person again. Check the speaker to determine if it is a network problem or an audio problem. If the problem persists, from any location, with the earpiece and the speaker, please contact your Authorized Service Center or visit, and look under the support section for additional information.
